What to Expect

We will conduct a thorough medical and dental history, and then complete a comprehensive head and neck examination which includes taking digital x-rays. Once our examination is complete, we will create a personalized treatment plan for you. In most cases, the cleaning will be completed in a separate visit, as we must first determine your individualized needs. For adults, this first appointment typically lasts 1 hour.

First Visit Checklist

• If you have had x-rays taken within the past 6 months, please bring them along or have them emailed to our office before your appointment

• Make sure to bring a list of current medications

• Completed new patient forms

• If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information. Please be informed on your own insurance policy. We can submit insurance forms on your behalf, but payment is due upon completion of treatment.

• A form of payment - we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and debit.
